Dr John P. Courtney, DDS
Dr. Courtney attended Georgetown University and received his dental degree in 1982. After graduating, he served for three years in the National Health Service Corps, in rural central Florida. He then opened his private practice in Boca Raton in 1985. He has lectured nationally to dental study groups and societies on implant aesthetics and reconstructive dentistry and has acieved the distinguished status of Clinical Instructor at the Kois Center in Seattle, which is a prestigious clinical teaching program for Dental excellence offering the latest advances in Dental education.
Dr Chad M. Kamel, DDS
When Dr. Chad M. Kamel turned 19, he took a job working in a dental office. Eight years later, he graduated from dental school. He found his passion for being a dentist at an early age and avidly pursued it; that passion has not waned and Dr. Kamel continues to seek out opportunities to learn and to impart his own knowledge to others in the dental field. While he loves having the ability to change his patients’ lives, Dr. Kamel also loves the close, personal relationships that he develops with them, finding the interactions to be rewarding and fulfilling.
Dr Fabiane Ribeiro
Dr. Ribeiro grew up in Rio Grande Do Sul, Brazil. She was deeply immersed in the dental field before moving to Florida in 1998. From a young age, she spent her childhood in dental offices and dental laboratories, thanks to her mother’s profession as a dental technician. This early exposure to dentistry fueled her passion for the field. Driven by the desire to transform lives by enhancing smiles and improving overall quality of life , Dr. Ribeiro always knew she wanted to pursue a career in dentistry.
Christina
Office Manager
Christina has been with the practice now for over 25+ years. She works closely with patients on treatment planning, financial arrangements and scheduling of complex cases. Christina and her son Diego travel often to Colombia to visit her parents where they reside after retiring. When not working, she enjoys an active social life, kayaking and traveling. A fun fact about her….she invented a product to grip sheets so they don’t slip from the corners of the mattress! Grip N Hold. You can find it on Amazon for sale!

Office Manager
Christina makes sure our patients feel welcome and at home the minute they arrive! She works with patients on treatment planning, financial arrangements, and ensures they get the most from their insurance benefits. Christina has a teenage son and frequently travels to Colombia to visit her parents who retired there. When not working, she enjoys reading, the outdoors and being with her close friends.
Amy
Patient Care Coordinator
Amy ensures our patient feel welcome and at home from the moment they arrive. She is the hygiene coordinator for the practice. She helps patients schedule visits at times that work with their busy lives. Amy is originally from Tennessee and a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University. She has lived in Florida since 2014. Amy enjoys being outdoors and playing various sports. A hobby that turned into a side hustle, she loves to paint on canvas, wood and more!
Elaine
Dental Hygienist
With over 45 years of experience Elaine has seen many improvements in the world of dentistry. She feels her job is not only about helping patients achieve dental health but, most importantly, educating patients on daily maintenance of a healthy mouth and a beautiful smile! In 2020, after more that 25 years as the full time hygienist, Elaine and her husband Romi now love traveling to their home in Maine. They enjoy the beautiful autumns and part of the winter there before heading back to Florida to her family, friends and Dr. Kamel’s office.

Elaine’s calmness helps patients feel safe and relaxed. She enjoys taking patients from unhealthy mouths to healthy, beautiful smiles, and teaching them to maintain those smiles. Elaine provides gentle dental cleanings, patient education, and is a liaison between doctor and patient. Elaine and her husband of more than 25 years, Romi, love traveling, especially taking their RV to Maine. The couple is excited that Romi’s daughter, her husband, and two granddaughters are now living in Charlotte, NC, after residing in Cape Town, South Africa, for many years.
Amy
Dental Hygienist
Amy has been a practicing dental hygienist for over 25 years. Her goal is that patients enter as guests and leave as friends. She and her husband moved here from Buffalo, NY. They have two teenage children that make life interesting. She is a big football fan and enjoys reading.
Anna
Dental Hygienist
Anna graduated from Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene in Boston, MA. She is passionate about giving outstanding dental hygiene care to all her patients. Her gentle, thorough approach sets all her patients at ease.
On her days off, Anna enjoys planning trips with her family and friends to explore North America and Canada by motorcycle. She loves cooking ethnic meals and baking Middle Eastern breads and desserts.
Ally
Dental Assistant
Ally always puts our patients’ needs first and foremost. She works closely with Dr. Kamel and is there to help a patient understand what’s happening and why. She loves building one-on-one relationships with each patient, learning about their lives and interests. Ally lives with her son, Daniel, and enjoys working out, taking Daniel to the beach, and watching movies. She also likes going out to dinner and reading.

Ally always puts our patients need first and foremost. Her compassion towards others is one of her best qualities. She works closely with Dr. Kamel and is there to help the patient understand each procedure. She helps the front office coordinate appointments, so treatment runs as smooth as possible from visit to visit.
Ally takes interest in building one-on-one relationships with each patient , learning about their lives and interests. Ally lives with her loving son Daniel and enjoys spirituality, walks in the park connecting with nature, cooking and spending time with family and friends. She is a big promoter of NO sugar in the diet and its health benefits.
Angie
Dental Assistant
Angie was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia making her fluent in Spanish. She has had the pleasure of working in several fields of dentistry throughout the years. She started in general dentistry and moved on to TMJ specialty, prosthodontia and most of her experience as a surgical assistant to a periodontist. Her nature is to serve each patient with the best of her abilities so that they have the most comfortable experience while in the dental chair. She loves the look on patients faces when a full prosthodontic case is delivered that completely transforms their smile and they are thrilled with the outcome.
Angie enjoys life with her husband by her side and together they enjoy traveling. She has two grown children and is now blessed with two beautiful grandchildren. She is also involved in her church and serves by doing many hours of voluntary work both in the states and out of the country.

Louanne finds great pleasure in helping people through challenges that life can bring. Dentistry can turn a persons life around, giving them the confidence they need to face the world. Louanne enjoys the ocean ad beaches here in Florida whether it is snorkeling, fishing or a late afternoon walk.
Sandy
Dental Assistant
Sandy loves meeting our new patients. She works closely with Dr. Courtney and Dr. Ribeiro. She has been with the practice over 22 years. One of her greatest joys, when it comes to her work, is seeing the excitement and happiness on a patients face after a full mouth reconstruction. In her free time, Sandy enjoys traveling and is an avid fan of both classic and kung fu movies.
